What we can help you improve

Choose a business goal.
See where AI could help.

AI can analyse information, connect patterns and prepare useful work. We help you choose the applications that serve your priorities.

Click a goal below to explore how we could help.

A useful application

Turn what you know into better sales materials.

AI can compare recurring questions, organise your expertise and adapt approved information into proposals, FAQs and follow-up drafts.

What A Common Ground could prepare

A practical method and useful materials.

A practical method, reusable instructions and templates grounded in your offer, pricing facts and customer needs.

Start with the outcome. We check your existing tools, likely benefit and complete effort. If a simpler process is better, or the evidence does not justify a change, we say so.

“Is the first visit included, or do we pay separately?”

  • Email · 04

“You said I’d hear on Monday. It’s Wednesday. Any update?”

  • Review · 05

“They explained the options clearly and helped me choose.”

  • Team note · 06

What A Common Ground adds

More than an AI answer.
A method your team can use.

We check whether the issue is worth tackling, choose a practical approach and explain how to test it. Ready Pack can then prepare the relevant materials around your business.

For this example: test whether clearer updates reduce repeat questions, allowing for the time spent preparing and checking them.

What preparation could include
  • 01
    A tailored AI instruction

Group feedback into themes and keep every finding tied to its source.

  • 02
    A customer update template

Explain the next step using your approved process and timing.

  • 03
    A team review checklist

Confirm the details and commitments before an update is sent.

Illustrative materials. Your pack is matched to justified recommendations.

What happens next

You give us the context.
We do the investigation.

You do not need to become an AI expert or spend hours explaining your business. A short questionnaire gives us a starting point.

Around 10–15 minutes is the questionnaire time. Putting recommendations into practice may take further time, which the plan explains.

    Choose your package

Choose whether you need an assessment, a practical plan or prepared materials.

  2. 02

  3. 03

    Receive your personalised findings

We combine your answers with research, check the opportunities and deliver your chosen assessment, plan or materials.

  4. 04

Is it worth the investment?

A worthwhile change
has to earn its place.

A faster process matters when it helps you serve customers, win work or make room for another priority. Compare the potential time value with the cost and effort of making the change.

Why we are here

Practical AI help.
Grounded in your business.

Useful technology should fit the work you do and the results you want. A Common Ground brings those two things together.

The meaning behind our name

Why A Common Ground?

A Common Ground is where what technology can do meets what your business actually needs.

Our mission is to make useful AI and technology accessible to businesses. We investigate the options, weigh benefit against effort, and provide clear advice, a practical plan or useful prepared materials.

A real person behind the advice

Hi, I’m Ben.

My approach is practical: understand how your business works, investigate the options and explain what is worth doing.

I’ll explain the findings in plain English and help you understand any recommendation that needs clarification. Your knowledge and judgement stay central to the work.

Before you choose

Clear answers.
No technical knowledge required.

Understand what you receive, what is included and how the work fits your business.

Do I need to know anything about AI?

No. You tell us how your business works and what you would like to improve. We explain the options in plain English. Sometimes the most sensible change is a better process or a feature in a tool you already use.

What is the difference between a Snapshot and paid work?

A Complimentary Snapshot uses public research to show where there may be an opportunity. Paid work checks those signals against your questionnaire and adds the assessment, planning or preparation included in your package. Request a free Snapshot or compare the paid packages.

Will you set up the software for us?

Implementation and connecting your systems are not included. Review helps you decide what matters. Blueprint gives you a plan. Ready Pack prepares relevant materials for your team or provider to put into practice.

Will I have to buy new tools or change everything?

We assess your current tools first. A recommendation should justify its setup, training, software and checking effort against the benefit and your priorities. We can recommend a small trial, a simpler process or keeping an approach that already works.

Can you guarantee savings or more sales?

No. Results depend on what we find, what you choose to change and how it is put into practice. We explain the evidence and the assumptions so you can judge whether the recommendation is worthwhile.

How long does delivery take?

Once payment, your completed questionnaire and any necessary clarification are confirmed, delivery is normally 3–5 working days for Review, 5–7 for Blueprint and 7–10 for Ready Pack.

Do you need access to our systems?

No passwords or sensitive customer information are needed to get started. We work from public research, your questionnaire and any non-sensitive examples you choose to share.

Can I ask questions after receiving the work?

Yes. Reply to the delivery email if you need a finding explained or want to clarify a recommendation.

Who is A Common Ground for?

We help UK businesses that want practical AI and technology advice, a clear plan or useful prepared materials. You can start without in-house AI expertise. Ben researches the options around your priorities and existing tools.

Will I receive an email after submitting a form?

The page confirms when your Snapshot request or questionnaire is submitted. Ben follows up personally by email. Stripe sends a separate payment receipt when you purchase a package.
